Paying for Temu step by step
Use the card like any foreign bank card:
- Enter the card at the payment step and save it to your account for future orders.
- The site and prices depend on the country selected in settings; the charge is in that country's currency.
- The money is charged when you place the order, and refunds or cancellations go back to the same card.
- Discounts and coupons apply automatically at checkout — you see the total before confirming.
What can go wrong
If the Temu payment fails, it is usually one of these:
- Temu does not serve users in Russia: the account may be restricted if the service decides it is used from Russia. The card does not change that.
- Temu runs separate sites per country, and delivery is only available to countries on its list. If yours is missing, you cannot place the order.
- If the site currency differs from the card currency, the amount may differ due to conversion.
- New accounts with a large order sometimes go through an extra payment check.
