Paying for Synthesia step by step
Use the card like any foreign bank card:
- Pick a plan on the Pricing page and pay by card at checkout; manage it in account subscription settings.
- Annual billing is much cheaper than monthly and charged in one payment.
- Monthly plans often have a discounted first month, then the full price applies.
- Video minutes refresh each period; Enterprise is negotiated with sales and invoiced.
What can go wrong
If the Synthesia payment fails, it is usually one of these:
- The discounted first month is not permanent — keep the full amount on the card for renewal.
- Unused minutes do not roll over.
- Tax for the billing-address country may be added.
