Paying for SHEIN step by step
Use the card like any foreign bank card:
- Enter the card at checkout; the site and currency depend on the country chosen in settings.
- The money is charged when you place the order. Refunds go to the same card or to your SHEIN balance — you choose when requesting the return.
- Coupons and points apply at checkout, and you see the total before confirming.
- A saved card lets you pay for repeat orders without re-entering details.
What can go wrong
If the SHEIN payment fails, it is usually one of these:
- SHEIN runs separate sites per country, and delivery is only available to countries on its list. If yours is missing, you cannot place the order.
- If the site currency differs from the card currency, the total depends on the exchange rate.
- A large first order on a new account may go through a payment check.
