Paying for Runway step by step
Use the card like any foreign bank card:
- Choose a plan in your Runway account under Settings → Plans; the card is charged at Upgrade.
- Annual billing is noticeably cheaper but charged as one yearly payment.
- Credits arrive monthly; extra credit packs can be bought with the same card.
- The plan applies to the workspace — on teams the workspace owner pays.
What can go wrong
If the Runway payment fails, it is usually one of these:
- Unused plan credits do not roll over — do not buy more plan than you need.
- Credit top-ups are separate charges outside the subscription and are declined on an empty card.
- Tax for the billing-address country may be added.
