Paying for iHerb step by step
Use the card like any foreign bank card:
- Enter the card at checkout; choose currency and delivery country in the site header.
- The money is charged at checkout; if an item turns out to be out of stock, the difference goes back to the card.
- The cart shows the total with shipping and, where applicable, duties before you confirm.
- You can change the saved card in account settings under payment methods.
What can go wrong
If the iHerb payment fails, it is usually one of these:
- The list of delivery countries and available products changes: some items do not ship to certain countries. This shows when you pick the address.
- Some countries have limits on parcel value and weight — iHerb splits or restricts the order.
- If the site currency differs from the card currency, the total depends on the exchange rate.
