Paying for LinkedIn Premium step by step
Use the card like any foreign bank card:
- Subscribe at linkedin.com/premium: choose Career, Business or another plan and enter the card on the payment page.
- The first month is often free, but the card is attached upfront and billing starts after the trial.
- Annual billing is noticeably cheaper than monthly but is charged for the whole year.
- In the mobile app the subscription goes through the App Store or Google Play and usually costs more.
What can go wrong
If the LinkedIn Premium payment fails, it is usually one of these:
- LinkedIn Premium does not serve users in Russia: the account may be restricted if the service decides it is used from Russia. The card does not change that.
- The LinkedIn Premium price depends on the country LinkedIn detects from the account and payment details.
- If the card's address and country don't match the profile, the payment may be declined.
- A subscription from the App Store or Google Play can't be cancelled on LinkedIn's website, only in the store settings.
