Is verification required?+
No. No passport or selfie — a Telegram account and the email the issuing bank asks for at issue are enough.
How much do I need to start?+
At least $15 on the card when issued and $10 for any later top-up. These are the issuing bank’s limits; they are higher than on our regular cards, where the minimum is $1.
What is the conversion fee?+
1.3% when a payment is not in dollars. Payments in dollars carry no conversion.
Where will it NOT work?+
The issuing bank blocks several categories outright, and a payment there simply declines: crypto exchanges, gambling, brokers and trading, lotteries, betting, card-to-card transfers and precious metals. Separately, some merchants are flagged high-risk — not blocked, but a transaction there carries an extra $15. If you are unsure about a shop, ask us before paying.
How is it different from a regular virtual card?+
The country of the issuing bank, support for all three payment wallets, and no verification for NFC. A regular virtual card is cheaper to start with, but it is issued in Asia and cannot be added to Apple Pay.
